HPT offers on-site support for both internal and external equipment inspections. For most equipment, annual inspections are recommended to ensure proactive spare part procurement and to help avoid long, emergency outages. HPT is familiar with most site safety requirements and will do any required training to allow for on-site inspections.

Our customers often require up-front, engineering support to understand projects before going for funding. HPT is able to offer budgetary pricing, rough equipment sizing, and timeline estimates for most equipment. Once a project becomes more serious, HPT can facilitate conversations with application engineers, procurement planners, and support shipment and delivery.

Due to HPT’s large installed base and 40+ years serving the Ohio Valley region, we have seen and dealt with most types of equipment/applications. This experience allows us to support customers in the early stages before a spec or design plan has even been selected. HPT and its suppliers prefer a collaborative approach to ensure success for all parties.
